Trump Tax-Reform Proposals

As promised last week, this week’s blog offers a link to a more complete discussion of the White House’s tax reform/cut proposals, this one published in The National Interest.   I must confess that the title, chosen by one of the journal’s editors, is more inflammatory than I think I was.  The proposals have elements to make the code more progressive and elements that most definitely will benefit high-income taxpayers.  Titles aside, the text, I believe, is evenhanded.  Here is the link: http://nationalinterest.org/feature/why-the-rich-will-reap-the-benefits-trumps-tax-reform-20449.
